At Peakr Tribe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
